Customer can choose the items they need in the planner and then request for quotation.
Customer can have a look around your venue without having to go to the place with this function!
After the customers have made purchase, they can choose a theme for their couple page. Then, they can start to fill in the content in their couple page.
Add guest to your RSVP and start to send invitation to them. Then, your invitee can fill in your RSVP form in your personal couple page.
There are 2 modes for the couple to choose to manage the wedding seats.
- The couple can assign a table number to the guest. When they are assigning, the system is able to show how many guest will be in the same table so the couple will not over-assigned.
- The couple can choose the wedding seating to be free seating mode. Then, the couple no need to assign table number to the guest in this mode.
After the customer submitted their quotation, admin can change the price, cost, quantity of the requested item or add item to the quotation. After confirmed the quotation with customers, then admin can send the item request to the vendor.
After vendor receive item request, they will have to confirm or reject the item request. Then, the admin will need to do a final confirm after vendor accept or reject the item request.
After customer uploads photo, the photos will need approval from admin before it can be shown to public.
Vendors can check for their pending item requests everyday through email or dashboard. Then, they must write down the reason if they reject the request.
Admin, vendor and admin will have their own dashboard that show the important summary for them.
Admin: Registered Users of the Month, RFQ Requests, Image Verification Status, Vendor Request Summary.
Vendor: Item Request Summary.
Customer: Latest Booking Status, RSVP summary and meal summary.
Customer can submit payment with partial amount first. Then, the system will automatically change the RFQ status to deposited. Until the payment made is full, then the system will update status to paid.
