Merchants are able to manage their promotions through the online platform. The promotions will be updated in the mobile application where customers able to redeem the promotions using the points in the system.
Merchants and admins are able to post or edit news or announcements in the online platform where the articles will be updated in the mobile application’s interface.
The system comes with triggers to automate points earning flow that allows customers to obtain points through various events such as registration, purchase and so on. Besides, customers are able to make use of the earned points to redeem vouchers or promotions or to exchange for discounts. Moreover, system consists of wallet feature that allows customers to topup their wallet credits and use the wallet credits during purchase in merchants’ physical stores.
Admins are able to manage and arrange banners or advertisements slots in the mobile application interface easily through the online platform whereas merchants are allowed to post their marketing posters through the online platform and awaits for admin’s approval.
