Each product has individual costing settings that can be overridden separately. Besides, products have own markup settings (fix number or by percentage) to control the costing with more flexibility. Moreover, each product can be linked with multiple sub-products to form package products for the ease of calculating product costs.
The system offers flexible settings to calculate commission for multiple level stakeholders. Different stakeholders are allowed to have separate percentages in commission sharing. Besides, general commission distribution modes can be setup to be reused in multiple events.
The system provides various costing options / settings that copes for different scenarios such as products costs, advertisements and marketing costs, postage and shipping costs and many other expenses. By using these costing options / settings in individual event, it provides more accurate sales, profit and commission calculation.
Generate reports based on various factors and filters. Besides, the system provides option to show and hide necessary data and control data visibility based on different user levels to prevent confidential data from leaking. Combine reports of multiple events and export reports in multiple forms such as PDF or Excel.
Allows user to input vast amount of data through Excel import. Provides summary of imported and un-imported data after import process.
